Capacitor went bad on a Saturday Michael Jones returned call in minutes gave me an accurate estimate of when he could be here to make repair. Once here he had me up and running in minutes. Checked air temperature on vent before leaving to make sure system was operating properly. Professional friendly service has been the standard over the years. I will continue to use Vailes for all my heating and cooling needs. I would highly recommend Mr. Jones as well.
