“David performed a complementary plumbing evaluation. As part of this, he checked out a sewage smell issue we've had some time with one of our bathroom sinks. He provided some suggestions on how to address the problem. He was very courteous and didn't pressure us to purchase any unneeded products or service. It was also very nice that Vailes provided a little gift box — thank you. We will continue to look to Vailes to provide our HVAC and plumbing service needs.”
