“I was satisfied with the service checkup. Michael was very professional and thorough. He replaced an air filter in a difficult situation. Then checked my heating system. Advised me on some maintenance. I declined, but appreciated him bringing the items to my attention. Before leaving, he also offered an ongoing service offering, which I declined as I hope to move later this year. I will leave Vailes paperwork among the service papers for the next owner. Thanks.”
