My furnace went out in august, with my unit being close to 30 yrs old, your service technician Chad came out to my house to take a look at it, Chad was very respectful and realistic on the options I had . This is going to be my forever home that I bought 4 yrs ago. I’ve put a lot of care and hard work in taking care of it the past 4 yrs. I’m a single mom of two girls and work a full time job, however things take a turn and I was not prepared for this to take place just when I thought I was getting ahead only to take 10 steps back.I recently been working overtime to put money towards my unit replacement but my job has recently put a stop to overtime. I would be over the moon if I was picked and me and my two girls would very much appreciate it with the up coming winter approaching.
