“Michael performed cooling system maintenance on our heat pump systems. He was very thorough and professional. I was impressed with his attention to detail, fixing some things that would have probably been OK if left alone – like loose wire strands on a contactor terminal that have probably been that way for a while. He also fixed an intermittent problem I've had with UV lights in our upstairs system (loose ground wire) and took some steps to keep a mouse out of one of our outdoor units (stuffing steel wool in all the holes).
