From the first phone call with Samantha, to meeting Rory for the initial walk-through and estimate to the final installation, every one I spoke with and dealt with – highly professional, friendly, caring, patient, thorough.. The list goes on. Samantha is beyond helpful and so sweet and friendly to work with. Rory truly knows his product and what he is doing. He patiently answered every question (and I asked a lot!) I had about the potential ( at that time) installation. I decided to go with Vailes not only because they had come highly recommended but after meeting and talking to them I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. Rory, Blake, and Harrison treated me and my house with a great deal of respect and made me feel like I was their number one customer and priority, even though I know, in the middle of a HOT summer, I was not their only customer!! The job was completed quickly and efficiently. There was an issue with one unit during the installation and they have been on top of it and keep in contact with me regarding when it will be fixed. If you are looking for high quality people and equipment, Vailes is the one to go to. I only wish I had done this sooner!
