She was very aware of some problems that existed and the need being urgent. Everything went according to schedule. Josh and Jamie worked through the rain every day. They were so careful of our home even though they were enduring terrible weather conditions. The entire team was wonderful to work with. Julie is a joy and made it all fun. Josh never seems to lose his patience even when he has to explain something more than once. He is definitely an asset to your company. The assessment included checking the unit both inside and outside in a prompt manner. He was professional in his assessment and the results and recommendations were clear and easy to understand. Both technicians used booties when they entered my home, which I appreciated. In my experience, Vailes hires only experienced and qualified technicians; courteous and knowledgeable .
