Thank you to your technician, Michael, who analyzed and repaired this problem quickly. He explained why this leak had occurred and what it would take to replace the ceiling wood damaged by this leak. Through Michael, Vailes referred me to another contractor who specializes in this type of repair and I’m now looking forward to having this work done.
Michael was knowledgeable, courteous and took his time explaining how a permanent ceiling repair would resolve the line leaking issue. I’m not the most savvy customer when it comes to air conditioning problems, but I found Michael to be very helpful. Capacitor went bad on a Saturday Michael Jones returned call in minutes gave me an accurate estimate of when he could be here to make repair. Once here he had me up and running in minutes. Checked air temperature on vent before leaving to make sure system was operating properly. Professional friendly service has been the standard over the years. I will continue to use Vailes for all my heating and cooling needs. I would highly recommend Mr. Jones as well.
