I just want to Thank you for a project which has exceeded our expectations. I had expected the replacement of our shower to be a long process and Julie got it scheduled quickly. She was very aware of some problems that existed and the need being urgent. Everything went according to schedule. Josh and Jamie worked through the rain every day. They were so careful of our home even though they were enduring terrible weather conditions. The entire team was wonderful to work with. Julie is a joy and made it all fun. Josh never seems to lose his patience even when he has to explain something more than once. He is definitely an asset to your company. Thank you again for making something that could have been stressful a pleasant experience. This was our 4th project with Vailes and we are convinced that you are the best and have the best teams. We will enjoy our walk-in shower and recommend your company to all our friends.
I had a bathroom and kitchen remodeled through Vailes and both turned out beautifully. Everyone was very kind and worked hard to make sure everything turned out according to plan. The tile work is a work of art and both spaces are now much more functional and inviting. Everyone involved was very professional and helpful and I am very grateful for their efforts.
